The Dham could not have been complete without having built Atithi Niwas. It is the belief of the Trustee that this holy place would attract thousands of people from all over the country on a daily basis and would need a shelter or rest house for its spiritual pilgrims. With this simple notion in mind, Sh. J C Chaudhry built two Atithi Niwas, one named after his mother and the other named after his maternal uncle.

It is a 46 room Atithi Niwas, with 26 rooms at the ground floor and 20 rooms on the first floor. It has been constructed for the devotees to come and stay in beautiful surroundings. The size of the room at the ground floor is 14.9 × 10.7 feet whereas, the size of the room on the first floor is 14.3 × 10.7 feet. There is a yoga room at the Atithi Niwas for the people to practice yoga.

It is the second Atithi Niwas in the Dham compound, comprising of 22 rooms and dormitories for devotees.
